Conor Clune Dentist BDS (NUI)
Conor graduated from Dentistry in UCC in 1981 and has had a successful family dental practice in Douglas village for over 35 years.
Conor brings all his experience to bear in the holisitic care he provides to all his patients.
Peter Clune Dentist BDS MSc Dental Implantology
Peter graduated from Dentistry in UCC in 2012. While practicing just outside Liverpool for 4 years he completed an MSc in dental implantology at Edge Hill Unversity and ICE dental hospital, Salford.
Peter returned to Cork in 2016 practicing in Cork Dental Clinic in Ballincollig.
In 2022 Peter joined his father Conor opening Clune Dental Partnership at no. 10 Tramway Terrace in Douglas village.
Dr. Emily O’Dwyer BDS NUI, MFDS, RCPS (Glasg), M.Orth, MScD(U.Wales)
Emily O’Dwyer is a specialist orthodontist who graduated in dentistry from UCC in 1998. After several years in general practice and as a paediatric dentist she worked as a SHO for two years in Liverpool Dental Hospital, Alder-Hey Children's Hospital and University Hospital Aintree doing rotations in Oral Medicine, Oral and Maxilofacial Surgery, Restorative and Paediatric Dentistry.
Emily then trained as a specialist orthodontist in Cardiff Dental Hospital and in 2008 she was awarded Membership in Orthodontics and also completed her MScD with a thesis on 3D laser scanning.
Since then she has worked in the HSE, Cork Dental Hospital and a number of private practices in Cork and Kerry.
She is a member of the Orthodontic Society of Ireland (OSI), World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO) and American Association of Orthodontists (AAO)
Emily loves her job and creating perfect smiles.
